News: UEM Sunrise Launches #MustCariOng-themed Chinese New Year Campaign

UEM Sunrise Berhad launches a brand-new campaign in time for the Chinese New Year festive season, promising stress-free benefits, rebates and lucky draw goodies worth up to RM38,888 for homebuyers.

In a campaign themed #MustCariOng (MCO) as a spark of positivity and good festive cheer during the ongoing Movement Control Order to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, UEM Sunrise will be hosting a series of digital activities that aim to put a smile on the public and homebuyers’ faces.

Homebuyers will stand a chance to win attractive prizes, including a Thermomix TM6, an iPhone 12, or angpow rebates worth up to RM38,888 off their next UEM Sunrise home purchase in a Chinese New Year lucky draw, upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) before March 31.

In addition to the prizes and goodies, UEM Sunrise is collaborating with popular content creator and comedian Harvinth Skin who will be featured in a series of videos as a Feng Shui Master – Master See Beh Huat.

The “#1 Indian Feng Shui Master” will share his pearls of wisdom on how everyone can find prosperity or ‘ong’ and happiness in the coming Year of the Ox with some property and interior design tips and tricks, peppered with thigh-slapping hilarity.

For the #MustCariOng campaign, UEM Sunrise is also offering stress-free waivers on SPA and loan legal fees, and stamp duty waivers under the HOC campaign on 18 high-quality projects in the central and southern regions. Lucky homebuyers of selected properties will also receive free maintenance fees up to two years and 24 months of free TM Unifi broadband subscription starting from the date of vacant possession.

There will also be goodies aplenty for the public. Answer a series of Chinese New Year-themed questions at the ‘Huat Quiz’ and be one of the 100 to win RM 10 Touch N’ Go e-pin vouchers.

UEM Sunrise will be spreading physically-distanced cheer by inviting everyone to the virtual Chinese New Year Open House on the Company’s website where users are free to explore featured properties in search of their dream homes.

Users can navigate to different rooms in each project via virtual 360° show unit tours and a “Chief Happiness Officer” digital avatar will accompany them throughout journey. Subsequently, users can schedule follow-up appointments with the Company’s sales representatives via video conferencing for more detailed information on the exciting properties.
